ERIC B. KINGSLEY

Eric, a graduate of Loyola Law School has been concentrating his practice on personal injury and wage and hour litigation.  He has litigated complex cases in state and federal court, including over 50 class actions.

Currently, Eric is handling several class actions regarding the failure to pay wages, including overtime and the denial of meal periods.

In his personal injury practice, Eric handles a wide variety of matters including auto accidents, slip and falls and products liability claims.

In addition to his time at work, Eric dedicates his time to several organizations where he sits on their boards.  He advises them on both legal and other issues.

As part of his desire to help out the disadvantaged, Eric donates his time to Beit Tzedek, a legal aid organization where he does pro bono legal work on behalf of garment workers who are paid less than minimum wages.  Eric also is involved in the Education and Legislative Committees of the Consumer Attorneys Association of Los Angeles.
